Hi fishes! Nagarro declined the counter offer letter ₹33,00,000 + shares worth 4.5LPA
I've 6+ yrs experience (mobile dev.)
Nagarro offered 18LPA. Initially I told HR for 22 but he mentioned 18 into their internal portal to their senior so after clearing all interview rounds I got 18.
When I asked the HR, he told me to accept it for now and bring the counter offer letter so they can revise offer letter.
But now they declined. Weird.

Is an MBA really worth it for a career pivot?
I interviewed for Data Analyst role at EY, it went well and the job sounds great, but I'm a bit hesitant to leave PwC because I really like the firm and I'm just 8 months in my job as an associate at a subgroup of ITS that has some focus on technology and analytics but it's mostly tax compliance.
I do want to transition to data analytics but I'm not sure if it's a good idea to go to another big 4, or maybe just look for a position in industry.
Any advice or similar experience?
Would love to hear about your gardening leave experience, especially in the event production sector, i.e. Gartner, Forrester, etc. I’m planning my resignation and I’m unsure if I should plan my next endeavor around it. I plan to continue my career in event production but as an in-house producer for a solution provider, any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Don’t let it get to you. My silver lining thought process is: It’s all trial and error. Try different things with your resume, how you approach getting interviewed, etc. Use it as a time to network and leave a good impression for future connections. You’re making yourself better during this process. It’ll happen
Im in the same boat. Interviews but no offers and I am very fed up.
Time to burn the boat
Just remember you don't know how long those other people have been looking, how many times they applied, who they knew... etc etc. in other words, just be happy for them in their success because it's no reflection on you or your lack of success finding a new job.
Secondly, yes. Many of us feel the same fatigue. There's a lot of companies taking people through the ringer and not valuing the human on the end of the interview process. Interviewing is a lot like dating... it's not personal, it's just not a good fit 🤷🏻♀️
👏👏👏
You just wrote everything I have been feeling lately.
I couldn’t recommend working with someone enough, I have a guy I can recommend if interested.
That or forget the typical career, start your own thing.
I would love the recommendation as well !
4 months and 56 job applications
May be time to try a career coach! I don’t agree that it’s all trial and error. A job search can be exhausting and it’s okay to get help.

Same I am working on getting out of retail management. I have gone back to school and everything. I have sent out so many applications and haven’t had any interviews yet. I get jealous of those posts on LinkedIn too.
Absolutely, keep applying and hear nothing, get interviews that go well then no feedback when you don't get the job. So frustrating when trying to change careers.

Are you all really jealous of this? Do you really want average?
People declining you just means you are meant for more.
Go take the thing you love the most and make it make money for you.
Don’t know how? Let me know
Yes, I empathize with you.
Following, as I’m definitely in the same boat as a fresh grad with a Master :( best of luck to you!
