Any in-house counsel in here willing to post their company, level or YOE, and total comp breakdown? If you’re comfortable, please consider posting both your current stats and what your stats were when you first moved in-house. If there’s any other information that you want to share, please include that too (e.g., hours, interesting perks, etc.). Info on in-house salaries is pretty hard to come by, and it would be great to compile some data points here! Facebook Amazon Google Netflix Apple

For the first time in my life I’ve been getting migraines - causing an er visit and several off days from work. I’ve starting taking magnesium daily and it’s lessened the frequency but I’m still bed ridden atleast 2 days a week
Magnesium has helped me so much. Highly recommend LivOn Labs lipospheric magnesium. It’s pricey but it’s the best I’ve tried

Sinus headaches are from normal allergy season for me. However migraines are new. I think it’s from too much screen time cuz literally all I can do is watch tv, work, be on my phone, or be on my computer.
But this sucks. I’ve had to take 4 tylenol each night for a week straight.

For me, migraines are usually caused by carrying stress/tension in my neck. A good muscle relaxer before bed or some grass helps to stop the cycle + a massage, which is not possible right now unfortunately

Luckily my bf has been able to give me massages and I definitely know my upper body is tense. It’s so tight I can’t have him really massage it so maybe I need to have him actually work out the kinks.
