For those in PA at all levels, what reports do you get on a weekly/monthly basis regarding your time, if any? Does it show utilization, efficiency, and/or anything else? YoY comparisons? Do you get performance reports after the completion of each project? Are you able to view them in your software, or is it something manually generated and sent to you? TIA

I work for a startup and my CEO is talking to a potential client about taking a white label of our SaaS product. It would be the same product with the clients branding, certain features may be turned off and small differences in copy. My question is how would you build that? I’m not technical so in simple terms would it be 1 code base, that would create 2 instances and then some sort of configuration which will apply settings like branding, copy, feature flags etc?

How does in-house consulting in industry compare to regular client-service consulting?

Having a really hard time motivating my team. The client adds new priorities and more work everyday even though the team is up until midnight working everyday. Partner is saying to tough it out, but we have already had several people quit making it worse. I just inherited the project and have never seen a bigger dumpster fire in my life. I have never viewed analysts as expendable and don’t think work / life balance is acceptable. Any advice would be appreciated!
