1. Monthly performance pay
2. Performance bonus

Hi i have cleared Capgemini L1 round for societe general account. They mentioned like for further action societe general will call. I just like to know what will be the next course of action.

Frustrated by partner’s unreasonable demands that their work always comes before everyone else’s. Ended up submitting poor quality work because I didn’t have enough hours in the day to complete something on the timeline they wanted and also fulfill deadlines for other cases and got chewed out pretty hard. Feel like I have no control over the fact that all my cases are inadequately staffed and couldn’t have done anything differently. Anyone else have the same issue or want to vent?
