Let's table this discussion so we can do a deep dive analysis on the due diligence performed on the work product to identify all low hanging fruit which is most impactful leadership and then circle back/touch base with the project team who has the bandwidth to implement changes which will take the work product to the next level in order to provide the most value-add and move the needle.

YES. During my first month in finance, I thought this meant “advanced.” Like if you got to a high level in a video game or something.

Hey pharma fishes - I head up a boutique agency focused primarily on healthtech, including several companies who are service/solution providers for life sciences orgs. We’re looking for FL writers who know the business of the industry, and can tackle B2B content for product developers. Interesting brands and an opportunity to hop on the various ways they’re digitizing fast. DM me if you’re interested. Remote is totally cool.

Interested in your thoughts. My SO and I (both 33) are saving up to buy a house in a high COL area. We have about $350k saved in cash and about $140k in 401k/IRA. However we are still sitting on $187k in student loan debt (with about a 3.95% interest rate). I’m inclined to pay off the debt before buying a house but SO disagrees. Thoughts? We have a 2 bedroom condo now (about $325k left on mortgage). Combined income is $300k - $330k. Any advice is appreciated!
