I’ve been looking for a new job since Jan of this year. I feel undervalued and I am underpaid in my job, and my company burnt irreplaceable bridges. I just found out I’m 8 weeks pregnant. Anyone else experience hot flashes as a result of the vaccine? Never had them before but now when I get my period, sometimes I have it as a PMS side effect. I’m only 28 and it’s soooo uncomfortable. I now deeply empathize with my mom when she was menopausal and used to complain when I was little but I would dismiss her as I was cold. It seems like the only relief is hormone therapy (which is only appropriate for menopausal women). Anyone have another remedy that has worked?
