There are a lot of things that can cause low testosterone but you are too young to be on testosterone replacement therapy. There are other avenues to pursue. You need to find a good endocrinologist. In fact, find out who the local transgendered community in your city uses (in DC that's Christopher West) and these folks know how to regulate t levels and understand these medical KPIs very well.
Gotcha- don't be discouraged but DO find a better practitioner who can help you manage this and design a solution. Yes you have a few moving parts, but a good endocrinologist will work out a refining. Also suggest getting your metabolic rate and cortisol tested. You've got this. Find a new doctor. And, not to give any credit to D1 who is probably off bleaching his asshole rn, but there is some merit to being physically active. Depression and stressful jobs can contribute to what you're experiencing.
@D1 couldn't resist the opportunity to make it about him and brag
nope, see a doctor OP. high / healthy test levels here, crush it in the gym, always full of energy, and a sexual tyrannosourous
D4 the answer you seek is within the thread you didn't read
I'm half wondering if t is lower bc I'm in a long term relationship haha
Get on a cycle of Deca
My man @D1 said "SEXUAL TYRANNOSAURUS" 😂
Have you verified that it's low? This can be verified with a simple blood test from your doctor, just in case you haven't done that. I only ask because you said "seems"
Told doc I was tired and blood test came back with irregular thyroid and low T
T is supposed to be 500-1000 and mine was 200. Clomiphene brought me to 480 but symptoms (less drive, less other things, longer to do things) persisted. Stress and overweight def play a part but that has been constant not a recent change
Clomiphene 25mg daily. Typically used to increase oestrogen levels in women but in men in low doses it increases testosterone production. Changed my life. See an endocrinologist.

How are your cortisol levels?
So now just started axiron but am worried it'll make me sterile bc once you are taking testosterone doesn't it make your own boys stop making it? Ugh. I'm too young for low T, doc isn't solving issue just solving symptom but not sure what it could be all of a sudden there are so many variables haha
Yeah D1! Chick stuff! Let's use comically masculine terminology to reaffirm our sense of self worth! Your T scores make you a REAL man, you bedroom dinosaur, you!
How old ?
I saw a doc and he put me on clomiphene which raised it a little but now low again plus insurance company pushing back on covering it
How are you managing this? What kind of physician?
What caused you to get yourself tested?
