No..but get a doctors appointment asap if you haven’t done so.
You need to see a doctor. Even in the cheapest / most uncomfortable of heels, this shouldn’t be the end result.

Not from heals it’s more genetic for me but yes 😩
I wear heels constantly and have never had this. Your problems are not caused by the heels
See a podiatrist. Toenail fungus takes ages to get rid of. You have to be consistent for months, even years.
I had issues when I was in my last weeks of pregnancy and had swelling, trying to shove my feet into shoes. It caused ingrown toenails which causes injury to my nail bed, got infected and eventually I had this problem. So yes, I think any injury to the toenail/nail bed could be the catalyst to developing fungus. (You should stop wearing them if that’s the case.)
You’ll need to see a doctor to resolve this.
