Would greatly appreciate advice on how to find PMD sponsors. While I’ve always had perfect scatters and top rankings, I’m really not that close with any PMDs. Am I underestimating my PMD relationships relative to other peoples / how laissez-faire are PMDs with giving sponsorship? Commercial M&A if it matters

I have been offered a job at KPMG within cyber security in the uk. Originally it was a 25% hike offer. Now I have received a 8% hike at Deloitte as part of the current performance cycle along with a 5k bonus (great incentives every year) The only thing is KPMG is offering this in a @kpmg regional location where I’m based plus the disadvantage is I need to pay 2500£ for my dependent visa costs which I can save if I continued with Deloitte. Seen Lot of negative comments about KPMG. Any thoughts ?

Mommies, I have witnessed several households where men don't help with even the smallest chores. The kids grow up seeing this and probably believing that household work is only for women, no matter how tired they are after slogging at their day jobs everyday. What is the right way to tell parents about this upbringing and asking men to help out with household chores, at least for the sake of their kids' future?
