Anyone else here give up easily on things? I lose interest in almost everything I try, whether it’s the GMAT, a hobby, etc. How to motivate yourself and stay positive at the same time?

Stickers! (I only half kid). But tracking progress (like stickers on my calendar) is motivating because my ADHD makes me forget what I’ve done and how far I’ve come. And I love stickers! Also learned to accept that my hobbies/interests come in seasons, so when a wave of intense interest in something passes, I don’t stress and look forward to the next season coming up.

Stickers have REALLY helped me. I use them to track workouts because I easily fall out of routine from boredom. Seeing them helps me feel accomplished.
