KPMG I cleared all the rounds of my interview with KPMG and was asked to provide necessary documents and fill a CAF form a week back and had a HR discussion too. I have requested for about 3Lakhs additional fixed pay since my current CTC has increased and HR said she will get back on this. It's been a week and haven't heard back on the offer letter. How long do you think I should wait. Please wait.
Currently interviewing with Facebook (Meta) and looking for advice from other Technical Recruiters that recently joined. I’d be leaving a great company after less than 1 year, but I’d get the chance to upgrade my leveling (perhaps even mgmt) with the bonus of getting experience at a FAANG company. Does anyone know if the same 401k rules apply at EY as Accenture so they will cap the contributions coming for your check say if you hit the yearly limits in August? So if you hit the 22,500 in 23 there is no way to go over for tax issues. Thinking to frontload next year contributions if market is down. EY

Same situation here. All these referral opportunities and LinkedIn messages would have been great 3-5 years ago. But now, the novelty of consulting has worn off, I am more interested in wlb and I am thinking about exits.

When I realized the 50% salary increase came with at least 50% longer hours, and I already make decent money, it started to seem kind of pointless.
Seems like the incremental benefits of a Centurion card over the AMEX Platinum: mainly it’s for the prestige.

The shine of MBB is slowly fading away. 2 years ago when I joined D, I thought MBB would be the dream exit. But when the time came, I chose FAANG because there’s really nothing that beats the WLB + stock options + career track. Only caveat is it’s slightly easier to exit to FAANG if you are technical so that’s one of my biases here.
Same.. recently made SM at EY and now have no desire to jump especially as I run a practice, and oversee an entire team. Couldn’t imagine starting from scratch as a consultant churning out slides.. when I can just delegate to my team. But that’s just me.
I want to be at MBB! Just need a referral ;)
Literally I just want mba sponsorship but otherwise it’s a hard no
