Anyone else in tech sales feel like they are hitting a breaking point of burnout at work? Been in tech sales for 3 years and the stress from work constantly comes home with me making me think I may not be cut out for sales after all, even though I’ve been successful. Just feel this isn’t sustainable for my mental and physical health. Any tips?

Fishes, does anyone have insight to salary info for CVS Health in a Senior Manager Data Engineering position? The job description says anywhere from $95k-$209k which is a pretty big range. What is a closer range? Recruiter is starting out with $120k which sounds too low to me.

Long story short, I have a bachelors in Public Health/Health Science, and no idea what to do with it. I currently am contracted with a disabilities agency in the vocational services side of things, working for $20/hr with no benefits. I realize this is a very low paying job, but I do not know the extent of the career options with the degree I have. Is working at Goldman Sachs worth it? I’ve heard there’s no WLB and I’m hesitant on taking an offer. The pay increase is great about 20k more then I’m making but not worth sacrificing my mental health, time, driving distance and schedule if it will be too demanding in the HCM department. I’m also worried because I’m fresh out of school and though I know I have a good background (bachelors) I know I’m not as qualified as others that have worked there. I’m worried they just need people.

Confused if parents want schools to reopen or not?
