What's the farthest you can push a start date out to? Is a month too long? Did not bring this up during initial HR screen. Have personal reasons and prefer to not reveal to the company. Realize this could be a flag to them and increases the percieved risk of reneging on their end

Is Digital Marketing Manager a junior, senior, or mid-level role?

Hey social peeps. Our agency is in real need of an influencer database so we can build consideration sets more quickly. Right now, we're basically using Google and Excel to do this.

I know some of these databases can get really expensive because they're baked into holistic campaign management software. I really want to avoid that...we're a 30 person agency and a $20k/month platform is prohibitive.

Anyone have any recommendations for cost-effective influencer databases?

Is there a downside to a brand getting ‘owned’ on social (as long as it’s not for being racially/sexually/politically etc. insensitive)? It usually means more eyeballs which contributes to awareness, salience, etc. Is anybody actually *not* buying from a brand because they associate it with them getting dunked on?
