Is there any clause saying need to join the company after signing the documents in Mindtree?
I’m considering a role at Chevron in their in-house agency. My background is 8 years on the agency side and then I’ve done the big tech thing (Apple, LinkedIn, Amazon) for 6.5 years and worked as Director of Marketing for 2 startups. Thoughts on moving to such an established, behemoth of a company? Anyone know the truth about the culture, processes, workload, pay range, etc.? Thank you!

No, I was learning Chinese due to caseload. I got the look then comment… why they need to learn English. I’m sure this is applicable to all languages.

It's a shame that other educators can be so shortsighted and close minded. Before we get any such comments here, here are the reasons teachers can benefit from learning a second language.
1. It makes it easier to facilitate the learning of English. You can provide better feedback if you know something about their first language.
2. It makes communicating with the parents easier. While school districts often provide translators, you can make an actual connection with the parents if you can meet them halfway.
3. It will give you a better perspective of other cultures. Anything that can make us relate better is a good thing.
