I just got an offer from PepsiCo Foods
for an entry level manager at L5. I did
two terms of my coop there so makes
sense. But it's for a year from now
when I graduate. The pay is $72,500
with bonus and benefits and
relocation money. I can't see myself
there but I could for more money but I
know it's the maximum they will offer.
Is this a good offer for a entry level
material engineer? And if I were to
accept the position now is it ok to
decline if I get a better offer closer to
starting?
