Many brands and agencies are severing relationships with Facebook right now, but do we expect the same from our industry advocacy groups? Sure that money goes to a good cause, but it doesn't sit right that an org that is pushing progress for POC takes money from Facebook.

I ask this genuinely: how do Europeans work so much less? My team collaborates w them a lot and there is so much pto and scoffing at doing more than 7-8 hours a day which I'm obv jealous of and support but their companies don't seem to be that much less profitable. Do they just outsource more? Charge more for less work? Who would buy it then? How do they have less work than we do?

Is there anything i can do to help my friend? She's sweet and caring, but very messy, lazy and tbh i don't think she's a good mom. She's a SAHM, her kids are 5 and 9 and in school/daycare all day, she helps her husband in his business some but most days she doesn't do much besides shopping (including groceries) and making food. I was offered an operations role in Midtown NYC. Is $105k a good salary for someone with 2.5 years of experience in the industry? Bonuses pay out typically in the spring and I would start in late August.
