Anyone else notice FDD getting more selective? I’ve heard a lot of firms are now requiring both a beating hard AND a warm body. A lot of very recently deceased who’s body is still warm or non recently deceased who’s bodies are artificially warmed are getting rejected and being forced to stay in audit another year.
