I thought we lost any pto above 50% of total annual PTO That you accrue. I.e. If you accrue 25 days, you must take 12.5. Anything above 12.5, you lose. So you can only rollover half of your PTO into the next year.
K4 that’s incorrect. Go to performance connection and then my info and it says exactly how much are going to write off. It’s anything about 100 I believe. There are some states that have a different process due to regulations.
