Why am I creating PMOs deliverables such as the project plan as the engagement mgr/functional lead of two workstreams. Pms argument is that they don’t know the content well enough to craft a substantive enough project plan.  Told him he should at least know enough or he’s prob not the right person for the job. That was only after he was giving me an attitude. He literally is my biggest blocker taking away from my time to deliver whats important....The SOLUTION.
