The only thing I look forward to on the weekend is drinking a beer or two. I had one beer on Friday. One on Saturday. I know that's not a lot by some standards but I miss going to my gym to unwind. I can't get that escape at home.

Help. Followed partners from V50 to V50 couple years ago. Haven’t been able to generate business. Not getting enough work from other partners, but have received very positive feedback when I did. I’m now more senior. I’m sole breadwinner for family of 4. I feel I made a terrible mistake joining the partners. I feel my career is over. I feel that I am going to lose everything. I know this is a weird thing to complain about but I get hit on way too much when I’m out. Sometimes the attention is bothersome and overwhelming. I feel like I can’t relax and just drink because people are always trying to talk to me or touch me or get my number. Ive completely stopped giving out my number and just try to keep everything on Instagram DM. I don’t know if there’s really a solution for this but just looking to see if others deal with the same thing.

Has anyone here dealt with an ectopic pregnancy? I am 36 and I am currently having an ectopic pregnancy and wondering what steps others took after their ectopic was healed.

This time last year I knew I needed to stop drinking, but I couldn’t. This year, though, I’m putting my health first. Starting day 2 of sobriety and hope to keep it up. Thanks to this group for all the support and encouragement shown to those of us struggling with such powerful addictions.

I’ve been on the same dose of Vyvanse since fall 2019. It still works. I notice a difference when I don’t take it. But I think I miss the rush I used to get when I would feel my meds kick in — like I could handle anything and I knew my meds were working. That plus the hyper focus that was still within my control (not the time blindness hyper focus where you fixate). Does anyone still get that? Is it worth trying to change my meds? Or is this just what it feels like to be “normal” now?

6 months ago I left a company I loved & had a great reputation at, but was underpaid due to political reasons (my whole team was).
