I'm having some trouble with my manager.

He's always asking me to work late, but when I do, he doesn't give me any credit for it.

I feel like he only cares about the results, not how much effort I put in. Should I say something to him?

Through a lot of self-examination, I’ve started to realize the full extent of the trauma I experienced and held onto from growing up LGBT. I’m honestly surprised that this part of the process isn’t more talked about as it seems to be a relatively common experience.
