Had a recent job offer from Amazon TC 146 K sign on bonus 42K RSU 508 for a L6 Sr. Program manager based out of Nashville. This is barely more than the amount I make now(actually base is lower than what I make). I’m planning to ask for about 18% more, is that a high number? Does anyone have an idea how much Amazon negotiates? This is for a non tech role so I’m not sure of the exact salary range.

Graduating this spring. I have an associate degree in photography from academy of art in SF and graduating from Cuny queens college with my bachelors in Studio Arts. I’m an SAE at a PR firm but would really like to transition into advertising. My last job I worked for advertising agencies to do PR around their campaigns (Adweek, Ad Age , FastCo, Campaign) and was able to speak with a lot CMOS at brands on their strategies, so I feel like it would be a really nice career pivot. Got offers for BB Trade Assistant (Associate) & Accenture Management Consulting (CDP Senior Analyst) in HCOL. Base is 6 figures + 15k with BB. I have been pursuing ibanking/trading, but consulting seems like it will offer better opportunities for the future, especially with Accentures focus on tech. Im looking for long term career progression and high salary.
