When interviewing for a junior in-house role, what are the key skills/qualities/attributes to highlight?

Context: I'm less than a year out of law school and have an interview for a staff attorney position at a studio. The team is leanly staffed and they expect the new hire to work fairly independently after a few months. Mostly will be production legal matters for film/TV.

I started a new job at an agency a couple of months ago and since the pandemic, the agency has gone fully remote. I feel like I am having trouble making friends & connecting with people. Most of my coworkers all worked in an office for years together pre-pandemic, so they are all obviously friends in & outside of the workplace. I feel like I just can’t break through the wall.
