Anyone else still trading GME and AMC? I’ve been able to make a bunch of money buying at low points and selling at high points over the past couple days. Not sure if it’s dumb luck but have made $20k so far on an initial $2k investment last week 👩🏼‍🔬

Any advice on ways to increase your credit score to offset a young credit age?

Moved to the US 5 years ago and wasn’t able to get any sort of credit until 1 year in so my average credit age is low and score is always taking a hit for it.

I live in NYC so no need for a car/car loan and I don’t have a mortgage. I’ve got 2 credit cards with reasonable balances and I have one small personal loan just to show diversity in accounts.

This system is crazy. Any help appreciated

I feel like there are talks of a “California Exodus” that happens every 10 years.

But with the pandemic, people’s loss of faith in CA politics, transplants moving back home, and people opting to move either to more suburban cities or out of state for cheaper housing options because they’ll be WFH permanently, do you guys think that this time around, a “California Exodus” actually has legs?

As a native Angeleno, I’m interested to see how much the city will change after this pandemic.

I'm about to leave my current company and am thinking of rolling over my 401K to the new company's 401K bc more money can equal greater returns (if the market does well).
