I have been interviewing at Tavisca for a month long, thanks to there recruiter, already tole my expectation upfront, Now after all the tech rounds, HR round happened and told again my expectation INR X lpa Hr was like ok, will go ahead, now after someday, he says that we dont have budget and cannot go further. Then I told them I already hold an offer and will share which is INR X+ lpa, After trying for few more days finally they told that they can offer INR (X-10) lpa, Looked like a joke to me

Chin up. Get your money. Pay your bills. Update your resume. Start looking. Pick up a new skill while you’re waiting. ✨ I’ve found that even applying helps me tremendously and when you get your interviews you’ll gain confidence. It will feel like you’re making progress toward getting out, no matter the outcome.
Thank you so much ❤️ what a great idea.
Idk...i feel the same. Like a huge pushover at work.
Me too.
Sorry you are going through this, OP! I feel like confidence crisis are another side effect of quarantine. I've been having a rough patch recently and I realized that I don't get any positive feedback from my manager; only requests for changes or little things to make us look good for the client. The thing is, I know I'm the sh*t but some times I forget and going months and months only getting pings and requests from my busy manager has made me feel like an extension of my Dell, less valued, and honestly a little dumb at times (usually due to miscommunication).
My mom recommended getting some feedback from my peers (the non-evil ones) and ask how they believe that that I have been doing 😁 In my opinion, the team working relationship is a better view into daily performance because clients can be fickle.
Also, the advice KPMG 1 gave is golden✨✨✨
Thank you so much. Confidence crisis is such a good way to put it. You’re so right, getting nothing but pings and ‘demands’ lately... such a thankless job. Will get peer feedback, that’s a great idea.

I am right there with you...
Hugs!! This industry is soul crushing.
Same. I've heard imposter syndrome gets better with time / age / experience but it feels like a long ways away...
Are you me
Same here!
