What are some ways to handle mental health flareups when I'm at the office, such as ptsd and anxiety issues, without bringing attention to myself? It happens quite often, and I'm working through it with a therapist, but I had to leave the room in the middle of a meeting the other day. This is very hard to talk about with my manager without opening up entirely about what I'm dealing with. And it honestly can't be getting in the way like this, workwise...

8 weeks later and I am still testing positive for covid. But since I am symptom free for over 3 weeks I can return back to work. They say I am not contagious...i do have antibodies. But I am still nervous about spreading it.

Had my second retrieval yesterday. They got three eggs and two fertilized. So far, this is the exact same thing that happened my last retrieval in January. Three total eggs, two fertilized. They weren't growing super well so we did a fresh transfer for both (and neither stuck).

Feeling a bit discouraged that the same pattern is repeating itself again. Probably will end up doing a fresh transfer for both of these embryos (again). I'm 33 with unexplained low ovarian reserve. Just sucks.

First time was last week. I freaked out. Went to doc, they said everything is fine.
A few days later it started again. Very light, brown.
Anyone else experience this? Reason to worry?

I feel like the fertility process is pulling my hubs and I apart. We’re both not great at communication, but I feel like this stressful process just is not bringing us together at all. I can’t vocalize what I need (because I don’t actually know what I need) and hubs is stressed and I feel like he’s drinking more and just not talking about his feelings. Anyone else navigating this? I don’t even know how to broach this topic. I am all about therapy, has anyone benefitted from couples therapy?

How many days is an acceptable amount to tell your team you are having a hard time working due to illness? I have the flu and every time I try to work for more than 10 minutes I feel like I’m going to collapse. I haven’t been so sick in years. I told my teams yesterday and they’ve been understanding so far, but I think I need to take another day today and I’m worried it’s going to start to look bad. I’m fairly busy but not mid-signing or anything.

16 weeks and so worried all of the stress I’m under is going to hurt the baby. Between work, my own scary (non-pregnancy) health stuff, the pandemic, my mom (who is a widow and lives alone, basically isolated by choice due to covid) is having health issues, and pressures to keep billable hours up, I’ve been having complete breakdowns. I have a pretty passionate hate for those who have “no fault” divorces. These people can’t keep one single promise in their life even when they have the choice of anyone on an entire planet and are not forced one bit into a decision.

My daughter’s softball team was supposed to play in a tourney last weekend but there weren’t enough teams entered so it got cancelled. Another team in another tourney needed an extra player so I said my daughter could pick up with them which guaranteed her to play at least 5 games with them Sat-Sun. The coach of her team scheduled 1 scrimmage game for Sat and I told him she couldn’t make it because she was picking up. The tourney ended early on Sun so I took her to her team’s practice (cont’d)
