Yes! My showers get later and later. Yesterday showered at 6pm. Ate for the first time at 7:00pm lol.

Same! I’m super intense working from like 730-2, then I hit the wall. But I’m pretty productive in those hours so 🤷🏻♀️
Uhhh. Yea my routine and hygiene have been completely fucked.
Haha. Maybe. I noticed I brush just before I eat something. Which isn't great when my first meal is at 6pm.
No time to shower till night time.

Nope. I have had issues before and sticking to a schedule helps my life and mental health. I try to get up at the same time every day. I make sure to shower every day.
Watch what you eat as well. Try to stick to fresh fruit and vegetables and avoid sugar, etc.
I’m eating my first meal at 3pm 🤷🏽♀️
