Anyone ever apply for admission to Florida with a DWI conviction? One that occurred less than 5 years ago, post admission to the bar in my current state.

Just disclose everything. I know multiple people who I graduated with that had past criminal issues. The Florida Bar only required hearings for those who failed to disclose.

I’d never really looked at my billing stats until today, ie the nitty gritty (second year, AMLAW lit) — I have a 98% realization ratio. Feeling pretty good about my revenue generation and the fact that I’m about to put in my notice and go make that sweet revenue for another firm.

4th year big law associate here (the most jr. of the group). I feel as if I’m treated as a senior associate’s personal assistant. Constantly asked to prepare signatures packets for one off documents, compile one off documents, etc. all for deals I’m not even on. I feel I shouldn’t be doing these administrative things at my level but maybe I’m being a brat. Curious to know what types of work — from a responsibility standpoint — other big law midlevel associates are doing. Thoughts?
