My 17 year old daughter to avoid benzodiazepines at such a young age. Has helped but not fully eliminated her anxiety.

I had a gag reflex that was anxiety induced. Took it and immediately my symptoms went away.

Read the package insert? Clinical trials tell you all the adverse reactions - also drugs affect everyone differently

Note this medication has been around for a very long time and is considered very safe. My daughter had zero side effects despite worrying she would (gotta love anxiety). Also, talk to your doc about dosage if symptoms don’t abate. We needed to up her dosage to get her to a therapeutic level. If no relief, you might need to move to a benzo like klonopin.

Going back to in-person learning has been quite a challenge. We have 4 in-person and 8 virtual. The 4 in-person have done as well as to be expected, however their behaviors have been less than desired. One is being considered for going back to virtual due to behaviors. It's next to impossible to expect them to keep masks on and when they do, they're usually nasty or wet. I have PPEs but things do happen in the spur of the moment and it's hard to stop and put on gloves and such.

I normally go 4-6 days per week and consider it an outlet, but now seems to add stress.
