Should I accept the new offer ? How do I tell the previous company about this? Also, I’ve already negotiated with the first company and the $115K base is the negotiated salary. So I've got the offer letter from Genpact today, but I have to send the required docs and BGV should happen and then in 3-4 days they might send Joining/Appointment letter.
So my doubt is, shall I inform the current Consultancy that I'm rejecting their offer? Or shall I wait till I get the appointment letter from Genpact and then inform the consultancy?
It's already been 15+ days since I've joined the company via consultancy.

It seems like it’s got a lot of what’s needed in the CTV space, but I worry about if it can scale all that well, as well as the next 12-18 months of viability as privacy lockdown takes hold. Their system appears like it could be on pretty shaky ground without ad identifiers that are disappearing.
