Has anyone moved from a big 4 strategy and transactions role to MBB strategy? If anyone has advice on how to make the jump at a manager level - any advice would be appreciated.
Are there any skills or certifications that would matter as a manager, if we're applying to MBB?

Upcoming Data Analyst Interview with Healthcare startup company - Clarify Health Solutions. There are 6+ rounds and I’ve only made it through one. Super anxious as I’ve seen online that they tend to ghost throughout the process and it’s hard to get an offer. Can anyone provide any tips or pointers?

Think about this weekly! But feel like I focused too much on my skill set to be worth the pivot, for me personally.
BUT have a ton of friends who went into nursing/MD after doing pursuing an unrelated career. All of them say the time spent getting there is worth it, even later on. It’a no doubt a great career path for those who have the interest in it.
That’s so great to hear! I graduated in May 2020 with my bachelors. I feel guilty wanting to change careers after spending 4 years studying advertising, but I had no idea working within the healthcare space would have such an impact on me.
I would talk to nurses and get a better sense of what that industry is like before going back to school for nursing.

No I can’t go back to school for another million years
I know someone who was in an account role for several years but switched to nursing and has loved it, plus later in life if she wants to return to advertising she will have hands-on experience to leverage for a good position.
It’s easier to make the switch now, vs spending 4 years in advertising/marketing, if you really want it. Agree with SPM1, there might be a way to shadow someone for a day to see if the day to day matches what your vision for a career in health is. Good luck!
I heard Physicians Assistant is a cool career. Way less schooling, no MCAT, like being a doc without all the headaches and liabilities… etc etc.
Pre-med dropout here 🙋🏼♀️ And still think about it weekly, 8 years out. I have always LOVED school (I know) and would honestly jump back in in a second. It’s the financial aspect after working so hard on my undergrad loans and finally coming up for breath that really scares me.
