I had several interviews with Deutsche bank and they have verbally offered the job about 2 months ago. I noticed on Workday Tuesday the status says "offer in progress". In the time between, I did get some calls the offer is still in progress and is slowed down due to manager out of office (among other things). This would not only be new, but completely outside of the timeline we typically use for our surveys. Hi Folks, got offer from tw. Can TW revise offer without counter offer in hand, if I tell HR I am not happy with the offered salary. I accepted the offer as I was desperate and got very less hike. It bothers me a lot. As TW has employee centric policy will HR consider my request.

So I was one of two final candidates for a position. I was not selected and was fine. What I do find issue was being told they loved me and still want to work with me. They referred me to one of their vendors - pay is 50k less and I would be working for the person I lost original position to. I just received my performance review and my manager recommended ~15% raise and ~20% bonus, however, management only ended up giving me a 5% raise and 14% bonus plus I am expected to considerably expand my role, but no promotion.
