Has anyone worked on Alteryx in Deloitte? I want to understand the ROI and scope before learning the tool. Does Deloitte conduct Alteryx trainings? If so, whom should I reach out to?

I had an offer from kpmg India and the joining date was 7th March. They did not complete the onboarding process, laptop delivery etc on the said date and further extended my joining date to 14th March. I had taken an early release from the previous organisation after she confirmed me the joining date to be 7th. But till now I have not received any mail etc from Hr and she is not responding to my mails as well. An automated mail has come saying she is on sick leave. What do I do. Please suggest.

Thoughts on joining at team at Morgan Stanley vs RIA route? I have an option for a team who is all retiring and looking for succession opportunities ($3mm annual revenue book). Another option is going an RIA route with a bank affiliation.
Currently I’m working for a bank trust dept as a wealth advisor (very few of my accounts are trusts). I’m a CFP and my book is $2mm in annual rev. I’m ready for a change but looking for some feedback, particularly if anyone is familiar with Morgan Stanley.

I have been 3 years into the industry (straight out of college). I started as a Research Analyst, now as a Portfolio Manager. Same company, an RIA. I would really like to go to a big bank (jpm, citi etc) wealth management brand as a client associate. I have applied through their websites and havent got an answer. What is the best way to get into those roles? It seems this may not be the right way
In process of transitioning. Currently an FA under a b/d similar to EJ model and have 8yrs of experience. I’ve contemplated going completely independent and I’m not oppose to that but a little nervous to make the jump. LPL and Cetera have reached out regarding me potentially joining an RIA. And now I have an offer on the table for a bank advisor role with a credit union. I’m unsure of which route I should go and want to see if others have experienced this decision? Thoughts?
