It's finally here! 🍾🎉 Ok, maybe I'm a little more excited than I should be - but my article, Top 10 Predictors of Federal Employee Job Satisfaction, has been featured in IPMA-HR's HR News Magazine!
The September issue's article is the first in a two-part series that examines OPM's 2019 and 2021 FEVS data, respectively, to predict Federal Employee job satisfaction pre- and post- pandemic.

Sounds like you aren't focused on earning points, but big thing with Residence Inn and Town Place Suites is that you earn half as many points as all other properties. Courtyard, Fairfield, and Spring Hill Suites are on the lower end, safe bet is to go for whichever is newest/most recently renovated. JW Marriotts are generally the best (without getting into the Ritz and Edition properties), followed by Renaissance, then generic Marriotts and Autograph. Since Autographs were former independent hotels, quality can vary a lot by property, but they can be quirkier. https://skift.com/2016/09/21/every-one-of-marriotts-30-hotel-brands-explained/
It’s up to the property at that point based on availability. My ambassador has sent an email in the past to the property but it was always caveated with “subject to availability”
thanks, that’s what i suspected. i told both the front desk manager and ambassador how special the occasion was etc etc so i’ve done as much as i can do. hopefully being annoying doesn’t backfire lol
