HR people - genuine question: is it really as difficult as companies are making it out to seem to draft a return to office plan? I’m not trying to be snarky, I’m genuinely curious the thought that goes into it. My company has not given a firm plan yet and it’s because they said there are alot moving parts, and just curious what those moving parts are (again, not trying to be snarky at all, just want to know because I’m curious :))
