Hi everyone!!! Last year I put together a list of classrooms to exchange valentines with! We mailed 1 valentine to each class and included a picture if we could, and a few things about where we live and things we do!
I currently have 13 classes signed up! The more the merrier!!
We have classes CA, WI, PA, KS, TX, RI, MI, Canada, New Zealand.
I have a form to fill out if you are interested! I will email everyone the list probably at the end of the week if not sooner!

Just had a word with the Recruitment HR for Optum , they cited that my profile was on hold using senior management, structural change and related terminologies. Just want to understand is there any chance for me to get any call back in future , or maybe any ray of light for the same.

Yep. Don’t regret it as no promo is guaranteed but I reminded myself there was a reason why i interviewed. starting over has been v tough and a blow to ego so the extra pay came with a lot of extra work and much less glory
I know of lots that did, none of them regretted it. Most of them did end up burning bridges though.
Probably manager and above is when your leaders start feeling salty. "Why'd they bug me so much if they weren't going to stay" etc. Not as big a deal compared to Dir or Ptr track, unless the firm is strapped for resources.
I left for a big increase right after SM promo. No bridges burned as far as I know.
