My friend from ACN lives in a Bungalow house. He really likes it because it gave him the opportunity to meet different types of people (Los Angeles).

No clue what an Ollie is, but bungalows are a type of house, not necessarily a co-living setup...

I have 60k in the bank and have no idea what to do with it. Ik it’s a sin to have that much in an account and not making it work for me. I’m not saving for any big purchases either. I’m not too savvy when it comes to investing and really want to strengthen my financial/investing understandings. I plan on sitting down with an advisor. Any advice?

Considering a move, help! I teach k-12 vocal music at a school where I have/had a vision to improve the culture of singing (very sports focused small school) to build a choir program, which will take several years (2 years done). Been working diligently with my elem. music classes to create a climate where students are comfortable/willing to sing. I'm estimating 3 years to see middle school students buy in, and 5-6 years before my high school program sees any fruit of that labor. Stay? Move on?

Additional Posts in Consulting

Don’t have any friends to talk to this about but just spent a whole year doing a live-in renovation of my house and only living out of a single suitcase. I would like to thank my pre-Covid travel experiences for providing the skill set. Additionally, all my government projects for giving me confidence in buying an as-is house and figuring it out as I go. Thank you WFH

Maybe I’m out of the loop…but how are all these consultants on here making low to mid six figures with 3 years industry experience? Perhaps I’m just in the wrong industries but that seems too short a time to be advising others in a field. Are these just internet exaggerations? Or is there something big I’m missing?

In this case, is an MBA required to succeed or progress to the MD, partner, C Suite level? Or should I grind my way through the industry given my interests are so pointed?
