Anyone ever partnered up with Warriors2Wireless? I'm a veteran looking to get into tech via their fiber training but wondering if they actually help provide job placement like they say they do.

This is actually the first I am hearing of this but it sounds really neat. Is it a smaller organization?

I'm assuming you mean Warriors 4 Wireless? The charity-type org that helps vets? My cousin used to work for T-Mobile and I know of them because T-mobile is a partner with them or sponsored them or something. If the place you're applying is Warriors * 2 * Wireless I'd watch out because that seems scammy!

Soooo… I need to find a way to automate the following: I need to track full time equivalent employees (FTE) by job title. I have the hire date, term date, job title, and other general payroll info. If an employee terms, I need to replace that employee with another employee that is active and with the same job title. I’ve been doing this manual, but now I’m getting more projects of this and need to find a way to automate. Hopefully, the description makes sense…

Hi all! I've go an offer for a position as an SRE at Google in Dublin. Even though I'll be losing some base salary, and a level from where I am at Microsoft, I'm considering moving. However, I was hoping somebody working at Google in Dublin could share which benefits you have to compare with (currently at Microsoft we have health insurance, life insurance, pension plan, subsidized meals).
Also, does anybody know if Google Dublin pays for the on call?
Thanks!

So I’ve been thinking of leaving my company and trying to move to a big tech company, but my manage currently likes me a lot, eg. giving raises and talking about lead promotion, but I’m not really happy with the work and they have reduced some benefits recently (bonus and retirement). Work/life is pretty chill and with raises/promotions upcoming I feel hesitant to leave. Anyone else go through something similar? One of the reasons I’ve hesitated is how much I dislike the tech interviews.

Anyone ever heard of a similar situation and any tips on what he can do? He also rejected 2 other offers for this job. Thanks!
