Do Exl fire employees who are on bench since a longer duration?

I work in the ERP industry as a first year Oracle BTA for Deloitte. I am wondering if this is only happening to me.. this is my 5th week on the bench after applying to 30 roles on STAFFIT. I talk to my RM on a weekly basis, I have spoken to a few partners over the past few weeks, and nothing has come up yet. Another colleague of mine in the same industry had experienced the same thing. Why is it taking so long, and is there anything else I can do to speed up the process?

Hey. Nagarrians, i heard from a friend, people joining recently have been on bench for past 2 months and have not got much project calls.
And a few being given pink slips who dint get project for 3 months + failed any client interview.
Is it true? If somebody dsnt get any allocation in 2-3 months, will he be asked to leave??

Recent grad looking to refi ~60k in private student loans. I’ve qualified for a decent rate - currently paying around 5% but through refi I can get between 3% to just under 4%. I can’t decide on the sliding scale amount (interest vs monthly payment trade off) to go with. If I keep my current monthly payment that puts me at 3.46% - which is great - but wondering if I should be more/less aggressive. I have another 40k in federal loans that I’m not currently touching due to current relief. TIA!

Are there any pros/cons to including/not including her?
