Desi ppl , struggling a bit with verbal communication since I moved to US. Sometimes can’t find words during client meeting so do a lot of ‘aaa’s , ‘Kind of’s and ‘sort of’. How can I improve it? I do watch English series a lot and read books but looking for other ideas that may have helped you all . Are there are classes which helps with fluency ?

People have different personalities and different work styles. I got superb review from one manager and bad review from another. Other managers I work with have reviews in the middle to above for me. I am really working on collaboration with different people so I am not rolling off the project of the “mean” manager. Let’s see how it goes

Joined LTI recently in P3 band. However not allocated any project. Got a call from the resource management team to relocate, which I rejected upfront as I was promised a role in the location I am posted. It has been over 2 weeks since I am in bench. What shall be the next steps, shall I wait for some days or start looking for other jobs as getting a project looks difficult as there are minimalist responses.

I'm really good at taking constructive feedback and hardly ever take it personally but I switched teams early this year and everything discussed as a team, always feels like a personal attack.
