As a new product manager what books should I be reading? I’ve already read Inspired but looking or more. For context, I’ve joined a series A start up and as expected there’s a lot to do and it’s very fluid. I'm an associate who wants to make Partner one day but whenever I talk about "career advancement" with my Partner I get the "don't rush it, it's all merit based"

I'm aware of the business goals of my organization and the different ways one should contribute to said goals. That being said, should I keep looking for the conversation to express my desire to, one day, be considered for Partnership? Should I keep grinding and save it for when I make Consultant?
