Anyone exit into tech fp&a with less than 5 YOE? Was it through cold applications or referral/recruiter?

I’m thinking about applying at WTW for a Senior Account Manager role in the Chicago office. How do referrals work at WTW? Also, I have 4 years of experience in group captive insurance programs as well as most ancillary lines on the broker side. Does anyone else have group captive experience and could provide some advice on best companies to move to where I can use that expertise? I want to move to a larger company since I’m at a small place with not much room for growth currently.

Hello there! I currently work in billing at a medical office. I got my Bachelors in Psychology a few years ago but I couldn’t find a position that seemed like a good option for me that was well paying and fulfilling. I tried working as a tech at an Applied Behavior Analysis clinic but it wasn’t a good fit. I’m hesitant to try case management or social work because I worry I won’t like it but I want to use my degree in Psychology. Does anyone have any ideas for me?

I’m in the final stages of an interview process and I’m getting anxious about an offer… I shared my salary range with the recruiter in the screening based on the JD, but after meeting the HM/team and learning more about the role, I realized my range was low for the amount of work that needs done (the team is new and needs processes established, tools implemented, and major boundaries for stakeholders). Can I negotiate the salary with that as my reasoning if they offer me my original number?

Lately, a lot of recruiters have been reaching out. I'm mostly happy in my role and w/my company (no longer w/Edelman), but one job caught my eye with a huge salary and title bump at a comparable company, culture and work wise. Interviews are going well - I'm torn about leaving - things are good now but some extra $$ for what seems like a similar experience seems like a no-brainer. I still have pending interviews for an associate position in FDD/SAT, but should I accept the senior position if my ultimate goal is to get into FDD/SAT and nothing else pans out?
