I’m a new grad hire (7 months) in the OCM consulting space. I’m passionate about change management and communication strategy. I've been reading, googling, and perusing anything I can get my hands on about OCM, including old OCM deliverables and our current methodology. My People Manager told me that OCM is a journey when it comes to understanding it and that a lot of that knowledge is gained through just experience. Does anyone have any tips they’ve gained in their OCM journey to share?

My question is: if I move from audit to the lenders deal advisory, Is it pidgin holing me since this role is smaller in scope than FDD? Or is it still a good move purely since I’d be getting B4 on my resume?

With 18 months of FDD as a senior 3 I’m starting to look at a jump to IB (yes I know its not a good time with the markets - just starting conversations). I can’t seem to find any true HHs or recruiting firms. For those who made the jump did you use any search firms or just start reaching out to folks at specific banks to start conversations? Any tips on starting this networking process if you don’t have many natural “ins”?

How do comp, hours, lifestyle compare? I know there is more travel involved once things get back to normal but honestly sounds great after working from home for last 6 months.

So how many firms have a set return to office date? How long does your firm plan to WFH?

Are bonuses (%) within FDD generally the same across Big4? Curious what standard % is for seniors and managers

I have no problem traveling for client/target meetings obviously, but hate the idea of being tied to a city and having to ask permission to move. I’ve seen a few remote job postings, and wondering if this is a trend.
