Anyone experienced the same thing/have any advice for me?

I just moved into a new place the middle of October, and 1-2 weeks later I started coughing and haven’t stopped since. I went to the doctor and he gave me antibiotics, anti inflamtory, etc. While my cough turned into a sinus infection (and the medication made that go away), the cough has stayed. I bought an air filter, a humidifier, and deep cleaned my place multiple times. Nothing appears/smells moldy. Idk what it is! Any help would b g

I’m depressed. Nothing unique about my depression - I’m in big law, my career defines me, when I’m not working I can’t find the will to get off the couch, I’m sad or I’m numb…I know I’m the only one that can make a change to my life…I’m on antidepressants. Just extremely unmotivated and paralyzed. Self-help books are not for me, but I am curious - has anyone tried a guided depression/anxiety journal? Any recommendations if so? Or, if you have experienced the same, what steps did you take?

Anyone in their 20s have intense lower back pain? I didn't want to assume it's from my wtf chair because I work at the client site 90% of the time pre covid and their chairs usually aren't much better. I'm considering going to a chiropractor at this point.

I started doing 10 minute mindfulness meditations daily and it has been the biggest game changer. I find so much more calm and peace throughout my day. If you use company insurance for therapy, does your company know you’re in therapy?

3rd yr here in a mid size firm. I’ve been struggling in the mental health dept. I was on leave for 3 wks and have returned to work in June. However, i still feel like a corpse everyday and have zero motivation to do anything. I have noticed my work product declining and I feel extremely burnt out with no hope for the future. I have been trying to get appointment with a psychiatrist but they are either not working or booked up. I want to get better but don’t know where/who to turn to. Advice?

So I started a new job a few months ago at an agency. Though my work performance is good I have been extremely stressed and anxious nonstop since day one. The work pace and load is significant. Even my spouse can tell a difference in me. The pay is good, but at what point is your mental health worth more than a paycheck? Is this new job blues or is this a sign of toxicity? Should I stay or should I go?

Hi fishes. I am a fresher. Need to understand one thing. How does the buy out of notice period work? If an employee has a 90 day np but company decides to shave it to 60. So he will recieve salary for 60days and for the next 30 he won't recieve any salary . Is that correct? Or will the person not receive salary for the 30 days and will also have to pay a salary worth for 30 days.

Personal lines agents that work from supplied leads, have you guys noticed a huge slow down in lead quantity this year over last? I am writing almost half the business that I was this time last year, I’m starting to get worried about lay offs at my job if this continues.
