Anyone facing the issue that companies are not releasing offer letters?
I have cleared all rounds including HR and docs submission for Amdocs, HCL and Capgemini but its more than 2 weeks I haven't received my offer letter neither any HR is responding

I've heard it takes about two weeks to receive an offer letter, but I wouldn't let it go much longer than that before following up. That's strange that it is taking so long, but I wouldn't let it go longer than a month before getting persistent.

I faced similar thing where my offer was delayed for almost 2-3 weeks because they knew i have counter offer.

Sometimes they do it on purpose so that you don’t go out get counter offers.

Yes that's happening now a days. But i believe this strategy won't work soon and companies might lose best candidates. Recruiter/HRs are assuming that if they hold offer letter and release late , candidate will join their organisation. Really bad strategy. haha.

In the middle stages of case prep. How can I improve my quant structuring skills?

With all sorts of cases, I have trouble coming up with all the correct parameters and factoring in everything I should be accounting for in the calculations.

I think I do a good job of talking through every step, but I’m worried that the actual interviewer won’t guide me along quite as much as my case partners. Any tips?

Cognizant provide me offer letter but due to bgv i m stuck & they deferred my DOJ ( 3 times already) .
Will there be any chance that they revert back my offer letter?
Situation -my bgv not clearing becz I dnt have form 16 for a company.
I shared email conversation to Hr & bgv team on portal of 1C also.
Just worried as will they revert my offer letter, sharing such case?
Or they just deferring in order to look for alternative resource in market & later revoke my offer letter once they get.😟
