I come from a tech background and has worked as an engineer pretty much throughout my career. I worked as a consultant for around 2 years and have experience working independently as a consultant for almost 2 years. Currently, I am working an engineer in the non-profit space but am looking for a career where I can pivot away from writing code. I love working in tech but I hate writing code. I am confused
