Please help me with the below query
I joined Legato Health Technologies with the below discussed package with HR in email.
10 LPA + 50k shift allowance
But I'm getting a salary of 10LPA only, in my salary slip the shift allowance is adjusted in 10LPA.
It's been 6 months.
Is this normal? What are the steps I have to take?

Depends on location and shop size. If you’re the first associate you should negotiate hard for interest in the GP or whatever incentive structure they have. You’re probably looking at $125-150 salary with a 60-80% cash bonus target. But I would be willing to forgo cash comp to get a meaningful piece of the carry, especially if you think the partners know what they are doing.
Directionally agree, but i would suggest that you don’t ask for a stake in the GP…that is not a “market” ask and it won’t be well received. Definitely can ask for carry though
