Are you looking In Atlanta/Charlotte/Florida areas?

So… I’ve been in sales going on 5 years and I know I want to be in management eventually. My problem is my current company is extremely flat and rather small. I’ve taken on more and more responsibility but don’t see a direct path to management any time soon… I have received offers for manager/director of biz dev, however, I want to be fully prepared for these roles if I do decide to pursue them… what are some sales op/sales management trainings I should look into?

Joined consulting post-MBA, mostly worked in Bain PEG, including a few value creation projects, mostly growth stage. I love this and want to do it as a job all the time. Currently plan to stay in PEG forever, but sometimes I think I might like to be an operating partner in a smallish growth fund (no interest in deal team). Are lateral options down the track (don't want to start as assoc again) possible, and if so how? Am female if relevant - pre-MBA hard technical & middle-mgmt exp in software

Opinions on Ardian (growth) in Europe? I’m finishing my master’s and have offers from Ardian and MBB. My long term goal is to work in PE (growth). How is Ardian seen on the market? Should I start directly in PE or MBB and then try to shift to a better fund?

I currently work M&A strategy in Canada at a big 4 and am looking to move into PE ops in the US. Location and fund size are negotiable. I’ve reached out to 5+ recruiters specializing in PE recruiting for US funds with a 1 paragraph intro on LinkedIn message and gotten 0 responses. My question is how do I get better traction and responses from PE recruiters? I have a very unique background and know I would be an asset to firms if given the opportunity. Thanks!

Any 🐟 with PE portfolio ops experience willing to chat? I have an upcoming recruiter screening call and am trying to learn more about these roles and set my own expectations. Any help would be appreciated!

Are there FP&A roles in PE firms?
