My ex used to live there. The building is ok, I just don’t like living in midtown in general.

Thanks so much D1! All that makes sense. I did tour the building but I won’t be able to visit again till I move in. I did realize the lobby is lackluster, but my unit is actually massive and south facing so away from the noise. The tinier units had gorgeous Empire State views but I chose size over that. The amenities look good though and it’s free (other buildings charge a amenities fee). If you went to rooftop often did it get packed ? It’s pretty small but great views. I was wondering if you had any insights to sound insulation? Do you recall thin walls, being able to hear neighbors above and below you? I know a long shot but perhaps you might remember !

Help - how do I fight claims by scammer healthcare providers? I recently went to 2 different providers. Dentist, made appt via Zocdoc to see a dentist that was in network. Another dentist at the location saw me instead who was out of network. I have text evidence they said it would be covered before visit. Claim was denied - asking for ~500 dollars. Saw a specialist who’s office staff verified my insurance would fully cover the claim. Get the claim, says they are out of network. Owe 600.

I am being head hunted more frequently. I am in the final stages for one position that seems like an amazing opportunity with a company that plans to go public this year and was just approached for another potential opportunity for a big company that went public last year. Ever feel like an opportunity is too good to be true or are these great opportunities really out there? I think I am just scared to take the leap of faith

Hello! I just received an offer from Deloitte USDC coming on as a Investigations Senior Consultant @ $110k, $5k signing bonus, 100% remote position (requested) Can Someone explain what benefits are afforded to me? Is the 401k match the same? Recruiter stated 3 weeks and 3 days of PTO…does that mean 18 days or 24 days? Also, can someone clarify the parental leave policy as compared to core? Can these be negotiated? I’ve been a 10 year Special Agent/Federal Agent and Officer with the military. Tx!
