Yes, because they are subject to tighter regulation. What exactly is your question though? Are you doing this on behalf of someone? If you are, I recommend you take precaution because you could be helping them move money illegally. For your own safety, make sure you know where the money is coming from, obtain proof in writing and make sure you know exactly what kind of computer parts are being purchased. Is there a need to have yourself involved? Why can't they set up direct payment with the vendor?
